The 2007-2008 school year is going to be an exciting one and I would like to welcome everyone back! I also want to welcome all of the new students and teachers we have. Our school keeps improving a little every year, academically and in athletics. Our school is exactly what it should be, a great place to learn where children can feel safe and secure. The opportunities we offer our students are exceptional. We have a great faculty and staff who love children and are dedicated to their education and wellbeing. I think everyone has an opportunity to have a great year!
I invite all parents, grandparents, and guardians to get involved with our school. There are many ways to serve if you are interested. You can become a substitute teacher, a classroom volunteer, a member of a campus or district site-based committee, a member of the PTO, a member of several booster clubs, and attend school functions. There is no reason for anyone that wants to be involved not to be. I look forward to seeing you.
I have an open door policy at my office. That does not mean my door is open all the time, but it does mean you can drop in to see me anytime. Just call to make sure I’m in the office before you come. I would be glad to visit with you about anything. I may not be able to help, but I may get you pointed in the right direction if I can’t help personally.
Let me thank all of you in advance for entrusting your children to us. We take our responsibility very seriously. We will do our best to give them the opportunity to receive a world-class education and experience all the success possible.
