Hello! My name is Donna Grissom. I am currently teaching kingergarten at Maxfield Elementary. In the past years I have also taught first grade and second grade.

I began my career in education in 1990 as a teacher's aide and bus driver at Maxfield Elementary. While working as an aide I finished my studies at Tartleton State Universiry where I graduated with honors.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with specialization in Readng and English. I am also certified in Early Childhood and English Second Language (ESL) and I have 30 hours of Gifted and Talented (GT) training.

I enjoy working with students and get very excited when I see them reach their goals whether it's in my classroom or in another area that they are achieving.
